AccuFill Transmission, Axle and Oil Fill Systems
The AccuFill Fill System offers the same premium oil fill process, but without the DatServ.NET Data Acquisition and Process Control option. The AccuFill System utilizes identical high quality components, offers the same process options, and delivers the same quality, dependability and proven technology standard in all our oil filling equipment. These systems are available with heated supply, oil filtration, pressure or volume fill, and equipped with scavenge lines, level sensing controls, and custom, dripless tooling. System control and process configuration are handled by a PLC linked to a Touchscreen Operator Interface. These systems can be configured as stop stations, mobile stations, or track mounted with VFD motors. The AccuFill systems offer a smaller footprint while delivering industry leading oil filling technology, and leaving you the option to add DataServ.NET at a later date.
