AccuFill Power Steering and Clutch fill Systems
The AccuFill Fill System offers the same premium fluid fill process, but without the DatServ.NET Data Acquisition and Process Control option. The AccuFill System utilizes identical high quality components, offers the same process options, and delivers the same quality, dependability and proven technology standard in all our oil filling equipment. These systems are available with fluid prep and supply, pressure or volume fill, and equipped with high capacity vacuum pumps and auto purging traps, individual scavenge lines, and custom, dripless tooling. System control and process configuration are handled by a PLC linked to a Touchscreen Operator Interface. These systems can be configured as stop stations, mobile stations, or track mounted with VFD motors. The AccuFill systems offer a smaller footprint while delivering industry leading fluid filling technology, and leaving you the option to add DataServ.NET at a later date.
