A/C Tooling
Serv-I-Quip, Inc. has developed a standard line of fluid fill tools utilizing a simple, easily maintained pneumatic valve assembly to control fluid flow. Depending on the number of fluids, evacuation and pressure tests required for the process, up to four combinations of this standard valve can be combined into a single compact control block. Control block and end effector combinations are available in low flow and high flow versions. End effectors are easily attached to the control block and are custom designed to fit your fill port (tank, reservoir, tube, quick connector, etc.). All end effectors are interchangeable to any tool control block. End effectors can be manually operated or auto clamp and unclamp. These dripless tools reduce costs, standardize parts, and simplify maintenance.

These tools are designed to accommodate multiple process functions, including pressure test, evacuation test, oil fill, additive fill, refrigerant fill, and refrigerant recovery.
