This equipment is designed to provide a comprehensive leak check of the cooling system, deliver an accurate mixture of coolant, and consistently fill the system to the level or quantity required. In order to ensure the system is leak free, it is tested under system specific pressure and vacuum requirements. Coolant is continually mixed and monitored to maintain specified ratios. Radiator, overfill bottle and cooling system can be pressure or volume filled. Multi coolant systems can be tooled for different tanks and configured for multiple fill locations. With our DataServ software, all processing parameters are loaded automatically and results are recorded and stored for future analysis or reference.
