DataFill Diesel Fuel Fill, Primer and DEF Fill

The DataFill option is available on all our process equipment, including our Diesel Fuel Fill, Primer, and DEF Fill Systems. DataServ.NET has become a critical component of the measurement and improvement processes vital to six sigma and ISO quality systems. Our DataFill Process Control and Data Acquisition software offers the traceability, quality assurance, process control, and access to production data that manufacturing engineers now require as part of their fluid filling operations. This software provides web based remote access to system configuration, bar code and model configuration, production data, calibration, password management, PC and PLC programming updates, troubleshooting, production scheduling, maintenance scheduling, and a report generator that can access and sort all production data.


Our diesel fuel fill systems consolidate and automate the diesel fuel fill process, resulting in increased safety, cost savings, and environmental compliance. These systems are available with supply pumps, filtration, pressure regulation, volume filling, and equipped with scavenge lines, fuel system priming, and standard fuel nozzles. The fuel primer option is a unique, automated sequence that draws fuel from fuel tanks during the fill process, through fuel lines, and into fuel pump. Multiple fuel tanks can be filled, with amounts tracked in DataServ.NET.


Accommodating multiple fluids fills, like diesel and DEF, into a single station is ideally suited for our DataServ.net application. Process configuration, cycle status, and production data for all fluids can be displayed and accessed via the run screen, process configuration screen, and production history screens. Supply, storage, evacuation, scavenge and fluid fill lines are all separate for each fluid. By combining Diesel and DEF fill with the primer function, we consolidate the fuel fill process into one area. Control, production data and quality analysis are also consolidated.
