Evacuation Systems

Single Point Process Station
Product evacuation, leak testing, and refrigerant charge in a one stop process.
“The evacuation process is
an important prerequisite
to refrigerant charging. The
operation, performance, and
lifespan of the product can be
directly linked to the quality of the evacuation process. The elimination of non-condensable gasses and moisture is critical with today's POE oils and HLC based refrigerants (R-410, R-134A). Good evacuation procedures also contribute to the efficiency of the manufacturing process. Eliminating leaks prior to refrigerant charging significantly reduces work, cost, and repair time. Serv-I-Quip utilizes DataServ.NET in both our Single Point Evacuation and Charge Systems and our Pre-evacuation Systems. DataServ.NET provides the key to tracking each unit, configuring the evacuation and time parameters, monitoring the results, and preventing a failed unit from being charged. Results can be analyzed to determine the achievable vacuum levels of a "good" unit and the minimum time required to achieve this level.
