VacuFill Evacuation and Refrigerant Charging Station

Serv-I-Quip’s NEW VacuFill System is another example of product development focused on increasing the efficiency and quality of your manufacturing process. Primarily designed for medium speed assembly operations, this system is an evacuation and refrigerant charging cell.

Multiple units can be evacuated simultaneously. Gross evacuation, final evacuation, and vacuum decay tests are performed on each unit. Red, green, and amber stack lights are a visual indication of product evacuation status.

Passed units (green light) are disconnected from vacuum pump. Refrigerant charging tool is connected, evacuated, and opened to the unit for a final evacuation level check. Passed units are charged with a preset volume of refrigerant. Single or dual refrigerant charging is available. Our DataServ Data Acquisition and Process Control Module is also available to load all unit process set points and capture all evacuation and testing data as well.
