Products or systems that are liquid filled must be leak tested before processing. Developing a consistent, effective leak testing method that integrates with your manufacturing process isn’t a one size fits all proposition. Optimizing your leak testing process could require a combination of tests – from vacuum decay, pressure, pressure decay, helium leak detection, to capillary flow rate testing. Our leak testing stations and helium recovery and recycling equipment support all these leak detection operations.

DataTest Station
These systems provide a wide range of leak testing options in an automated, PLC controlled test cycle. These tests can be configured and automatically sequenced to provide a comprehensive, efficient leak testing process.
AccuTest Station
This compact system delivers a comprehensive leak test process in an economical but durable control package. A sniffer test is performed using a helium or hydrogen leak detector to locate leaks down to 10-5 cc/sec.
Leak Testing
New, higher cost refrigerants, hydroscopic concerns with POE oil, and the flammability of environmentally friendly refrigerants has put more emphasis on the leak testing process. Combining multiple tests into a single automated cycle performed within a required takt time is the goal of many manufacturers.
