The AccuFill Power Steering or Clutch Fill System performs a quality check and fill process on closed loop oil filled systems. This process usually includes:
- Oil Prep
- System Evacuation and Vacuum Testing
- Pressure Fill or Volume Fill
- Adjust to Required Level in Tank
Serv-I-Quip’s quality oil preparation process, evacuation expertise, and tooling design skill result in a very efficient machine that delivers a high quality, repeatable process. These systems are available with fluid prep and supply, pressure or volume fill, and equipped with high capacity vacuum pumps and auto purging traps, individual scavenge lines, and custom, dripless tooling. System control and process configuration are handled by a PLC linked to a Touchscreen Operator Interface.
These systems can be configured as stop stations, mobile stations, or track mounted with VFD motors.
