Refrigerant Supply System

STANDARD OPTIONS:
  • Piston accumulator
  • PLC controlled, air driven, safety shut-off valve
  • Provides vapor space for thermal expansion of refrigerant
  • Reduces line shock caused by pump pulsations and valve closures
  • Safety features include high refrigerant pressure cutout, low accumulator pressure cutout and component failure alerts

REFRIGERANT SUPPLY SCALE SYSTEM:
  • Turn key refrigerant supply system
  • Compact design combines pump, accumulator and ton cylinder scale
  • Ideal method to handle and track refrigerant inventory
  • Digital display shows tare and refrigerant weight
  • Supply tank low level alarm and light
  • Safety features include high refrigerant pressure cutout, low accumulator pressure cutout and component failure alerts
  • Two S/S strain gauge load cells
  • 4,000 lb. capacity, ±10 lbs. resolution
  • Air operated pump automatically adjusts flow rate to meet demand
  • Maintains a constant output pressure
  • 6 gpm maximum output at 250 psig
  • Compatible with R-134A, 22, 404, 410A

  • Delivers 6 lbs. / min. liquid or 2 lbs. / min. vapor
  • Includes evaporator, pressure switch, air regulator, gauges, and valves
  • Commonly used as a recovery and supply booster system for a Refrigerant Recovery, Reclaim, or Storage System
UPGRADE OPTIONS:
  • Class 1 Division II rating available
