The need to economically provide 9 fluid fills combined into 3 carriers and 3 base stations, all equipped with an operator friendly, informative and robust data acquisition and process control system was the perfect opportunity for Serv-I-Quip to showcase our expertise in process design and control. Fluid fills included A/C, coolant, power steering, transmission, fuel/primer, oil, DEF, and windshield washer fluid. Serv-I-Quip also provided complete installation, supervision, startup, operation support, operator training and maintenance training. This represents the 52nd vehicle manufacturing plant to install our equipment and the 19th to exclusively use Serv-I-Quip for all their fluid fill needs.
