Over the past 35 years Serv-I-Quip has been an active participant in the development and growth of the HVAC and Refrigeration industry. Known for our service and support initially, our experience and process knowledge quickly made our engineers a valued resource on new product production and market expansion projects. As manufacturing evolved, Serv-I-Quip’s products became known for utilizing advanced technology that improved the efficiency, quality and cost of the manufacturing process. Along with developing systems for refrigerant charging, leak testing, electrical testing, and refrigerant reclamation, Serv-I-Quip began development of DataServ, a pc based data acquisition and process control package that offered huge productivity, efficiency, and quality advantages.
By 1995, manufacturers in the Automotive Industry were asking Serv-I-Quip to apply their process knowledge and fluid fill expertise to vehicle assembly lines. The vehicle industry is one of the toughest proving grounds for manufacturing equipment. To be an accepted vendor, you must consistently deliver high quality, zero failure equipment built to exacting specifications. Process knowledge, engineering and design skill, installation, service and support capabilities are critical. Serv-I-Quip has been able to deliver all this to many of the leading vehicle manufacturers in the world. Our broad experience, process knowledge, and efficient operation delivers the increased productivity, quality and ROI goals that ALL our customers expect. Ownership of the business at the start of 2018 transitioned to new and experienced management from within the company who are continuing to build upon past success with the same focus on quality, service, and customization. We previously spent up to 40 minutes charging A/C after final assembly. The Serv-I-quip A/C fill machine eased a major bottleneck by allowing us to charge on our moving line in only 4 minutes!

I am the Facilities Engineer at a large heat pump and ptac manufacturing facility. I have worked on various projects with many of the experienced Engineers at Serv-I-Quip since 1992. The list of our Serv-I-Quip, Inc. equipment includes: an R-22 Reclaim Machine, an R-22 LTGS, an R-410A Reclaim Machine, and R-410A charge boards. This equipment has performed well over the years; if I had a problem, their engineers were always available to help me trouble shoot and solve it. I have been working closely with the Serv-I-Quip group for over 10 years. My company has been using SIQ charge stations since they first began producing them. We have added other pieces of equipment, including run test stations, breaking new ground for us and SIQ over the past few years. SIQ engineers are always available, even past the normal warranty periods, to answer questions and assist with finding answers to problems that occur and help us to understand and operate our equipment better.
