Serv-I-Quip have been able to maintain production and meet customer expectations with designing and building Fluid Fill and Testing equipment during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Freightliner/Daimler North America are due to receive their DataFill MultiFill system at their Gaffney, SC plant shortly. The system will fill vehicles with A/C, Coolant and DEF fluids from overhead carriers and a base station as it tracks alongside vehicle production.

Lockheed Martin, a new customer for Serv-I-Quip in Ocala, FL have already received their two uniquely designed leak testing equipment. The DataTest PE-2400 Evacuation/Pressure Test Systems were designed to assist production and improved testing of products for the Military and Defense industry.

Both of these Customer systems feature our DataServ software suite for assisting process control, quality data collection and remote system access.

Goodman Manufacturing are due to receive 5 AccuTest ERT-050 PTAC Unit Test systems for their manufacturing main lines and repair area in Waller, TX. This equipment will help prevent shipment of defective Units, reduce manufacturing costs and provide effective production and management tools – enforcing complete and correct testing and validating for each Goodman unit integrity.
