Our most effective tool in managing your manufacturing process is our software suite – DataServ. Our Process Control and Data Acquisition software offers a more customizable HMI, supports communication with multiple PLCs, includes a Dashboard to monitor other DataServ systems, and provides an email notification system for process alerts or system events. All these tools continue to empower operators, manufacturing engineers, maintenance, and quality engineers to become more efficient and productive.

This system utilizes the same mass flow metering system, charging tools, and Allen Bradley PLC control system as our DataFill models.
Single Point Processing Station
Our newest DataServ Refrigerant Charging System meets the needs of manufacturers requiring the evacuation, vacuum testing, and refrigerant charging process to be completed at a single point on their assembly line. This system can perform this process through a wide range of process connections, including Schrader, Core Max, Process Tube, or King Valve.
EcoCharge A2L/Hydrocarbon Charging Systems
The use of R-290, R-600A, HFO-1234YF, R-32, and other A2L and Class 1 Division 2 Hydrocarbon refrigerants has steadily expanded as manufacturers move to meet the demands of international markets and changing environmental regulations.
