Meeting expectations during the current Pandemic

Over the past 5 to 6 weeks, here at Serv-I-Quip, Inc. we have been fortunate to be deemed an ‘Essential’ business in the State of PA and have adapted to keep our manufacturing running and keep pace with customer delivery expectations.
With a combination of Engineers, Software Developers and general Office staff working from home and our manufacturing Shop technicians operating as A or B teams, week on and week off – we’ve been able to continue to build uniquely designed customer fluid filling and testing systems.
Proud to say that we currently have 18 systems nearing completion for 6 different customers, with our guys self-distancing and being masked up where appropriate.

• Freightliner Custom Chassis – DataFill MultiFill system for filling A/C, Coolant and DEF
• Lockheed Martin – Two DataTest Evacuation/Pressure Test systems
• Harley Davidson – AccuFill Coolant fill system
• Goodman – Five AccuTest Run Test systems
• Unilux VFP/Inficon – DataFill Refrigerant Charging system, DataTest Leak Test system and DataTest Water Source Test system and DataServ packout system
• Oshkosh Defence – DataFill MultiFill system for filling Engine Coolant, Engine Oil, Transmission and Wheelends, DataFill MultiFill system for filling Fuel, Power Steering and Windshield Washer, DataFill A/C Fill system, DataTest Leak Test system and DataFill Differential Fill system.

As we now plan to hopefully ‘return to normal’ over the next few weeks – looking to receive further purchase orders for our Fluid Fill and Testing equipment, keeping us fully employed as an engineering solutions provider to our key Industry sectors.
