Polaris – the global leader in Powersports visited our Serv-I-Quip manufacturing facility this week to product test and approve for delivery their new DataFill Brake Evacuation and Fill system.
Consisting of a stand-alone fill system with specifically designed tooling and hose/cable assembly for processing a vehicle brake system. The DataFill system will automate the filling of brake systems on the three-wheeler Polaris Slingshot assembly line at their manufacturing facility in Huntsville, Alabama.
By removing the need for manual bleeding of the Slingshot brake systems, manufacturing processes in terms of automation, efficiency and overall accuracy will be significantly improved.
