AccuFill A/C Fill


Serv-I-Quip’s A/C Fill Systems feature a simple, proven design that delivers an accurate, repeatable, and dependable fill process. This fill process can include a nitrogen/helium pressure test, a quality vacuum test, and a high speed refrigerant fill. A maintenance free mass flow meter, dependable but easily maintained tooling, and Allen Bradley controls deliver the industrial quality required by our customers. These systems are currently used on high speed car lines with cycle times under one minute, truck lines with cycle times between 5 and 10 minutes, to lines running large construction vehicles at three a day.  This modular fill process can be easily configured as overhead track mounted with VFD motors, stop station, or even mobile systems.

Our standard AccuFill A/C Fill System is equipped with an Allen Bradley PLC and a PanelView operator interface that displays process cycle, operating status, configuration, calibration, and troubleshooting. Other PLC manufacturers and touchscreens are also available.

This system is also available as an ETL Certified, Class 1, Division 2, Group D system to meet the needs of vehicle manufacturers filling HFO-1234YF.
