Test Systems

Product testing is an integral part of the process cycle of nearly all the equipment Serv-I-Quip manufactures. Our knowledge and experience with vacuum testing, pressure decay testing, helium leak testing, and electrical component testing has been refined over 35 years of process machine design. This process knowledge and experience, coupled with our custom machine design and engineering abilities, enables us to offer solutions to a variety of manufacturing quality issues. A/C performance testing, hydraulic system testing, operator seat controls testing, and air brake system testing are some of the areas where we’ve addressed performance or manufacturing issues with specialized equipment.
Utilizing DataServ to record and track testing results, remotely monitor the manufacturing process, and record data for warranty verification fulfills a vital requirement of any manufacturing testing process.
A/C Performance Test Equipment
As a way to verify performance of a newly tested and filled a/c unit, a performance run test option can be added to your leak testing and a/c filling cycle as a final verification that the unit performs to the specifications required.
Hydraulic & Coolant System Test Equipment
Leak testing vehicle hydraulic systems and coolant systems can become critical as access to these systems decrease during the assembly process. If leaks are found after the system is assembled and filled, rework can be difficult and time consuming.
Air Brake Test Equipment
This equipment is designed to accommodate a range of customer designated air brake set up and leak test procedures. Testing capabilities range from simple pressure decay testing of the air brake system, to a more detailed process initiated by engine power up, then proceeding to brake system set up, initial pressure test, verification of brake set up, engine power down, and final pressure decay leak test.
Electrical Function Test Equipment
Serv-I-Quip’s testing expertise, electrical and pneumatic control knowledge, and our ability to design and fabricate cost effective process equipment has led to the development of custom equipment to meet specific customer needs.
